Recruitment of the contest starts on Feb. 1st.（from AM10 Japan time）
In this Twister’s Hiroshima, we focus on 3 categories for the purpose of fairness.
There may be times that production times for the contest and seminars overlap. Please check the schedule before you apply.

The contest is first-come first-reserve. So please note that it might be filled with the max number of contestants before the application is closed.

Twisters contest
Duration of entries
Please understand that the entries will be closed when 21 entries are applied.
Ones turn on the final contest can be chosen in order of application.
Limitation of entries

Entry to the contest after purchasing the passport of twisters 2016 or admission tickets for 2 days.
(However, those who has unpurchased pass such as an instructor pass, will be charged 1000 yen per entry.)
Meeting time and place
・Meeting time: Friday 11:00
・Place: At the great hall
・Creation time: Friday 12:00 to 19:00 (7 hours)
After the creation, move to the Studio 2
Saturday 10:00 to 11:00 (one hour)
※The final adjustment. Adding parts are prohibited.
Broken parts are allowed to fix.
About the exhibition
・Place: Studio 2
・Size: Must be 80 X 80 X 80
・Make a set of 4 desks (45 X 180)
Combination of 4 desks makes a set (90 X 360), exhibit 3 works on a set.
Duration of the exhibition
・Saturday 11:00 to 21:00
・Sunday 9:00 to 17:15
Rules
・Theme: Fairytales
・Size: Must be 80 X 80 X 80 (Measurements will be taken.)
・Material: Only twist balloons can be used.
(Balloons categorized as twist balloons in the web page of NARANJA.)

・Protection material to use: Only “Shine”(or similar material) can be used.
・Equipment to use: Electric blower can be used. (An advance notice is required.)
・Pens are allowed to use basically, however, if you use pens too much, your score might get lower significantly.
・Every works should be created in the large hall.
・Friday 12:00 to 19:00 (7 hours)
・Saturday 10:00 to 11:00 (an hour) ※ The final adjustment. Addition of the parts are not allowed.
You should finish creating the work in the total of 8 hours.
・Exhibition space will be created by the combination of desks, so the exhibition spaces are not flat.
If you care about it, you are allowed to place a sheet under your work.
(The sheet should not be spread out from the work. The thickness should be within 1 cm. The administration office will not prepare the sheet. Please bring the sheet by yourself.)
・The place to exhibit the work will be chosen in order of application.
※Prohibited matters
・Do not use materials to hold the balloons such as Hifloat, bonds, glues, and tapes.
・Not allowed to layer, cut and tight the balloons beforehand (Prior processing).

Balloon performance contest
Duration of entries

Meeting time and place
・Rehearsal Friday 17:30 to 20:30
Check the location and the sound source.
・The final competition: On Saturday
15 minutes prior to the each competition, gather at the stage wing of the center hall wearing the costume.
The first competition: 10:30 (10:45～11:45)
The second competition: 13:00 (13:15～14:15)
The third competition: 15:15 (15:15～16:15)
The forth competition: 16:45 (17:00～18:00)
Location: At the center hall.
Waiting room: None. (We might consider about it if there are some inquires.)
Rules
・Theme: Fairytales
・Participant: 1 person (Since there are a time limit, additional member is not allowed.)
・Preparation time: No limitation
・12 minutes including the preparation, performance and clean up.
※ Everything will be evaluated.
※ Preparation through clean up should be handled by one person. There will be no help from staff. (Bigger preparations will be harder.)
※ When the time is over, we will whistle to force termination.
Considering this is a balloon competition called Twisters, take into consideration of the balance when using other materials.
・Use CDs as the music source.
※ The music source can be operated only ON and OFF of starting and finishing.
・The lights cannot be operated.

・Drinking and eating are prohibited in every performance.
(Include drinking alcohol prior to the performance. The one who drink alcohol will be suspended by the staff’s judgement.)
・Dangerous actions are prohibited on stage.
・Use of helium and liquids are prohibited.

About exhibition and stage (show)
Exhibition
・Exhibition time: Sunday 11:00 to 15:00
・Exhibition place: Lobby and gallery on the 2F
After the exhibition, model should change the clothes and move to the entrance of the hall (show).
Stage (show)
・Stage (show) time: Sunday 16:00 to 17:00
About 3 minutes per person.
The stage is not for a performance, only for checking if your work is wearable.

・Size: not specified. However, take the following into considerations.
※ Creating space is 200 X 200 per person.
(A blue sheet 180 X 180 is placed.)
・After the exhibition, you have to move from the lobby gallery at the 2F to hall stage.
・The passage and doors to the stage are 1.5m width, so please think about it when you create your work.

You should complete the works in 9 hours and 30 minutes.
・Space to exhibit the works will be chosen in order of application.
・Both of exhibition and stage (show) will be evaluated.
The model on the stage should be arranged by the participants.
・The dress should be removable (exhibition evaluations will be conducted) and should be able to walk by oneself.
・It's possible to be helped by one person in changing clothes.
・You can change clothes in the galary, that has no partitions and curtains.

Please agree placing the photograph of the work at each report in this tournament homepage
We decline the exhibition of the copyrighted work (famous animated cartoon characters) to others.
In addition, about the contest that theme size is fixed at,
When we judge it not to match a condition, we may decline exhibition.
The executive committee performs this judgment.
★ Please perform all work alone.
But the work has nothing to do with the production of the work directly such as transportation is excluded.
When it is found out somebody helped with production, the person is disqualified.
Please be careful.
★ Please set up a balloon, the tool of the use in contest by themselves.
Because there are not the balloon and the offer of the tool from a tournament side, thank you for your understanding.
The use of the sample balloon from the JAM room is impossible.
★ There is not the limit to the apparatus (including the silent blower) to use for production,
Please specify the equipment name, power consumption beforehand.
Example) silent blower 125W
The capacity of the power supply is limited.
Please prepare a thing of manual operation or a battery, the battery drive, when a power supply has stopped by any chance,
★ All the contest judges are chosen by the tournament administration side.
One balloon person concerned five constitution of four outside specialized fields in each contest.
Therefore anonymity of the participants disappeared,
if the participants is decided we announce it in homepage and SNS.
A judge is broken into by the room after work production.
★ There is no referendum
★Lecture overlaps with contest work production.
