Help wanted for a welcome display
On 10th of July, We are planning to make a welcome display for Twisters 2016.
Te theme for this event is "Fairly tale".
Wonder what kind of display we are having?
You may see the main character from a folktale which is famous in Chugoku area.
We would like to know how many of you can join us since I don't want to have too many people come and let them feel like it's a wast of time.
I am aiming about 50 participants. I also need to know rough number to order lunch boxes for the participants.
This time, we are looking for people who can help us for the wall in the main hall, the main fall decoration, staircase in the entrance for the main hall at the lobby and a photo spot and preparing whole event place.
Are you hesitating because you are new and not sure what you can do or because you think you are shy?
No worries at all. I think you should join us if you are new.
You won't feel lonely during the main event if you join us since you'll get to know balloon people.

The application ends at the end of March since I need some time for assignment.
The application will open from today.
